 Internet searches for "images of Heaven" typically return lots of clouds, gates and staircases; I like this one better. Playing hooky is mid to late 20th century (and earlier) American slang for skipping school, being away from classes without permission. If incarnation aboard Earth is schooling & education, could that make a soul's absence from our true home a form of "playing hooky" or, the other way around? The phrase probably came from the Dutch word "hoekje" for the game of hide & seek. Do we incarnate to temporarily hide from ourselves, in order to seek experience, knowledge and understanding we cannot otherwise get without playing the Earth game?

So would this be mainly back to back incarnations in the same family, to continue a task started but not finished with the souls left behind in the flesh, so to speak? For example the great grandfather that comes back as his great grandson, like e.g. died in 2018 and born again in 2021? Or could there even be overlaps such as being born e.g. only five months after one’s death and what would that mean for the baby in the mother’s womb, would there be a soul holding the place while waiting for the other soul to leave the dying body and be free to take its place in the new body? And if either of these two options in the example were possible, what would that mean for the soul of the great grandfather, would it still be there for the souls of the other older family members when they return home or even during their life times, as support from the other side of the veil, so to speak? Hope these questions make sense, but I have often wondered about that.

"No" says The Committee, "no requirement to return and balance anything, is ever involved. Doing so is always optional, for the benefit of other souls for the most part, not so much for the specific soul who returns.

MMm, Oh dear. I guess everyone has the own spin on things. I don't agree with the Committee's answer's at all My intuition is my best answers as I was the one experiencing it. JL has been passed for a long time, that energy signature is still very much available (in a sense) and yes we all received downloads and upgrades. All that means is that a human can raise their vibrations to receive more of their true self which is love. As we all are love and one aren't we. My guides are me of course. So Committee I think you still have a lot to learn and thanks it let me know that my own answers are corrrect
