PictureLefty: We’re coming closer! Dexter: Let’s go faster…
A reader asks:

My questions are about our pets.

We've had many cats and dogs over the years and a few I really felt a strong connection with.

Our last dog was like a child to me and I even told my husband, to his surprise, that she was my "soul mate." It took me around two years to get over her passing. NO MORE PETS FOR US, unless one finds its way to our doorstep. Then I'd believe it was meant to be.

I believe Erik
[Medhus? We'll go with that assumption]  said that some souls reincarnate as animals, sort of like a "break" from being a human.

(Questions are hereafter numbered to match responses & replies from The Committee]
  1. So have some of our pets been human at one point?
  2. Are they part of our life plan?
  3. Can a pet reincarnate back into your life as another pet because the bond was so strong? (I've read this.)
  4. Will they remain our pets in heaven or what will they be doing?
  5. What would be the difference between an animal soul and a human soul?

By the way I was so glad when I read that all animals have guardian angels. I can understand it. Most pets have more unconditional love than some humans. Sorry if some of these questions don't make sense. It's somewhat confusing to me. (Any other or more info is welcomed.)
============================================

Editorial sidebar comment: If a question or statement doesn't make sense, this is usually (not always) the responsibility of the listener / reader. Even if otherwise, expressions & injections of sorrow do not apply. The reader's much welcomed effort to compose & send such questions (being, among other things, a personal compliment) needs not be followed with offerings of sorrow. If society's offended snowflakes have achieved a goal of reflexively and constantly saying sorry when it rarely applies to circumstances, freako weirdo me isn't permitted among such an illustrious, socially erudite group. Even a simple, old fashioned "...pardon me..." is usually too much.  The questions are perfectly sensible

With small weight off the chest, the mind cleared and a few feathers ruffled maybe, we can proceed to answers from O Comitê:

(Bias & slant disclosure: I grew up with two brothers, no sister and three dogs starting at age 4 until about 20. A dry spell until 26 and marriage has been followed by five cats (Heavenly residents now) and a dog still kicking at >13 years young. A dozen years of canine ↔ double feline overlap occurred, starting in 2010)

1.  Greetings pets, owners and fellow souls, we say, many souls have been one, the other or both. The differences between what humans consider animals, pets, humans or other physical beings such as trees, is not as broad as it seems on & from Earth. This is not to say humans are animals or vice versa, for we understand the differences are enormous, but from the perspective of your soul in your natural home, the differences are but minor and always temporary.

An example we offer; it might be common to call a violent and dangerous repeat human offender an animal, however animals so rarely seek, attack then kill for emotion, a member of their own group, species or tribe. Humans do this to other humans almost exclusively when it happens; which beings are the true animals? The borders between shift and blur with changing definitions.

Yes, many incarnated souls have a human Earth surface incarnation as an animal of the wild variety, or a domesticated version such as livestock or pet of the many sorts, including the reverse.

2.  Almost always, yes.

3.  Yes, this is not rare. The pet sometimes incarnates as human, the human later incarnates as an animal by the human definition.

4.  No humans, animals or other Earth surface beings live in Heaven as you do on Earth. The human perception and memory of Heaven in cases of near-death visits, seem to offer humans, animals and Earth surface environments, both man-made or otherwise, but this occurs only because the soul shall return to the dull, blurred gray world Earth offers.

5. None.

We now add more information as asked and suggested, these are wonderful interpretive questions about Heaven observed through human experience filtration. We congratulate you and everyone who sees such enquiries as making sense, good evidence that human incarnation is a success. The farthest and more quickly a human falls —or seems to—  in reality the greater, higher and faster s/he rises. The view, perception and appreciation of this effect operates on a time delay; everything does in Earth's surface time illusion.

As far as I remember (my memory is not very reliable though), The Committee had an opposite view on this matter when asked about the same thing a long time ago. Or did they say "usually" humans do not reincarnate as pets or vice versa?

◆ Souls reincarnate, not humans. We die, become dead and remain that way. Souls are forever.
◆ On Earth a soul who incarnates as a human rarely does it as an animal, but it is chosen. I am not getting a percentage from The Committee.

These questions sound like something I would ask, except I've known most of the answers for a while.

My deceased cat, Button, showed up 14 months after my grandmother died, and because of her personality and attachment to me, I used to look at her and ask, "Grandma, is that you?"

Button used to try to get me to go to bed at a reasonable hour. She really did. I would often resist. Sure sounds like a grandmother.

This situation assumes a time sequence which rarely applies to an incarnation for an animal or a human or for any order either thing is undertaken.

?????????

What? Does this mean there are no landscapes or buildings in Heaven? And I thought we could choose to look like an orb or a physical body, whatever we prefer at the moment.

Landscapes and buildings like Earth or of a similar style exist but are OPTIONAL, not required and not permanent.

Correct, we can choose any appearance, present ourselves any way we choose.

My understanding is that buildings and landscapes are not required, but desired.

As far as permanence, my understanding is that buildings and landscapes that are used by many souls remain permanent just because of constant use. They would stop existing if the many souls stopped wanting them.

Erik explained it that way. He said he created a sleek bachelor pad for himself with a view that looked like Norway. After a while, he rarely went there. He said it ceased to exist, except on the rare times he visits it when it comes back into existence for as long as he wants to be there.

I believe an animal incarnation is much more challenging than a human one. In so much as humans have no natural predator. Animals have two.

Also I don’t know how the OP got over the death of there cat after two years. Mines been gone nearly 10 years and I still grieve her passing. What’s the secret?

Reply
Patrick

This depends on what is meant by challenge. No animals suffer the same way most humans grieve, as a result of the death of a family member or close friend passes on.

Animals also do not suffer from the broad range of negative human emotions common among us homo sapiens.

Comparisons of challenges are themselves a big challenge.

What is "the OP" ??

"OP" means "Original Poster".

It's used in online forums. A person who starts a thread is the OP. The OP will write out an opinion, an experience, or a question, and then people will respond. Some forums automatically mark all posts by the original person "OP" or the OP will respond to people saying "OP here . . .".

Cheryl Ord is designating the person who wrote the questions as the OP.

@Cheryl--Is it possible for you to get another cat? Ten years is a long time to be in such a sad state...if you are not able to get another cat, perhaps you could volunteer at a cat shelter. Their antics would be great fun for you!

I did get another cat (x3 actually) after the first year. I still struggle to look at pictures of her or watch any videos of her. If I hear certain songs about her I get extremely emotional thinking of her. Our cats are our children as we don’t have any kids.

Cheryl, I lost my beloved cat in 2021 very suddenly, and it was the worst grief I've felt in my life. She was the most extraordinary cat I've ever known. The grief has become softer, but it's always there to be triggered on a dime and it always surprises me. I'm at peace with the fact I'll never get over it 100%.

Here's a fantastic TED Talk from a veterinarian about why pet deaths can sometimes be harder than other deaths.

I dont know why people want to look at it as if the pet actually died. That will cause grief, I suppose, so I choose to look at the reality of the situation. No one, human or pet or otherwise "dies". The "trip" is just over for them here on earth. They havent died, changed, dissapeared into thin air, or any other discriptor humans want to put on that illusion. They just stepped over from here to the next room. No matter how much trouble you have understanding this, its still just the reality of the situation.

Its because of the unconditional love that we get from our pets which makes the grief even more intense. I never intended to have a pet because I stay in a small flat and my mother is finicky about cleanliness. Right after my dad died, this dog came into my life and my mom's, which made the grief of losing my dad much less. My mom stays alone almost the whole day...so the dog is a great companion. We have lots of street dogs in India and this puppy was roaming alone and was being attacked by the local street dogs. So I rescued and fed him and later tried to release him back into the street but everytime he came after me into my house. So ultimately I had to keep him and that changed our lives. Once a psychic told me that she saw my father (after passing away) with a dog. So I guess it was all planned.

@Santanu

I relate to you having no plans to get pets and then they show up. I was originally determined never to have a cat!!!

We had two cats. We lived in a forested place and one day we heard cries that kept going on and on. We followed the direction of the sound and found a kitten wayyyyyy up in a tree. He was so far up there and the trunk was so long and straight, that there was no way to climb the tree to get him. So we called to him and he backed down the tree with skill until he got to the last eight feet and fell into my boyfriend's arms. He started purring immediately and I said, "Now what are we going to do?"

The second cat that is more recently deceased came to me as a starving nine month old. She was skin and bones, yet she was a purebred Ragdoll cat. She was the love of my life.

I think part of what makes their deaths more difficult is the lack of language. They couldn't tell you they were sick and you couldn't tell each other you will see them again. All communication is non-verbal except for their various vocalizations or body language. There is a feeling of lack of closure because of this.

And then as you say, there was the unconditional love and simplicity of the affection you share and their constant presence in our day-to-day lives.

Both cats made themselves known after their deaths more than once, and that helped my grief soften more than anything else could.

Lorri

@Scott R

We know the pet is still around in a spiritual form, but we don't have any other terminology for the fact that they are no longer in physical form except "died".

The grief is from their presence being so much less evident than it was when they were in the physical with us.

@Cheryl. I'm the one that posted the questions above.

"Harly" was a beautiful long haired shepherd mix. She lived to be 13. It took closer to three years for me to feel normal again. She did come to me in a dream soon after her passing. In the dream I was in bed and woke to find her sitting next to me on the floor with a big smile and was "happy as a lark." I petted her and said "You figured out how to find me in my dreams." I'm sure she was there to show me she was fine and that everything was alright.

I bought a couple of books on the afterlife of animals and one in particular helped me a lot in my grief. It's "Animals and the Afterlife" by Kim Sheridan if you are interested.

There is a picture of David Gilmour sitting on the floor with a dog in front of him and a cat on his shoulders. "Harly looked a lot like that but a little smaller and longer hair. I tried to post a photo here of "Harly" but it didn't work. Hope this helps!!!

I have two kinds of dreams about my deceased cat.

1) She is in the dream and I'm unaware she died.
2) She is in the dream and I'm aware she died and thrilled to see her.

The latter has only happened twice and in one of them we were lying in a bed and I was petting her front legs. I could FEEL her fur!

She has also made herself known in other ways when I'm awake.

From all of the many pets through out my life the common denominator is ever present open joy and offering of unconditional love.
I try to model myself from that experience but its not easy , as humans have egos that tend to muddy the waters.

It looks just like a straight edge razor or barber’s razor as many have commented in the comment section of the video.

Patrick
15/7/2023 09:07:37

The 2nd comment I saw said something about years of crop image study, this one being the most baffling. I never know right away, so I asked The Committee, who say: "This is a barber's straight edge folding razor, with human blood dripping off as it is to be closed. It has been used, the blood being the evidence, it is a human tool used against humans maliciously but was first made with good intentions. It symbolizes what surrounds humans, what was once intended for benefit but is now employed to extract power, even if death is caused to achieve it. The message is, it matters little the method, technique, procedure or tool but rather intent and use of them."

I sh/could start a website called "Crop Circle Meanings" where The Committee would explain them.

Lorri

I thought it looked like a switch blade with blood coming off it, but after checking for the difference, it's definitely a straight razor with that curved hook part at the end.

Well, this at least is a crop circle with a crystal clear meaning. I never can tell the meaning usually.

Patrick/TC--that is an amazing explanation and an ominous warning to humanity. It's so much deeper than could be gleaned from guesswork, as most are content figuring it's a bottle opener, or some such nonsense. Nowadays, the straight-edge razor would probably not be recognized by most of the young folk (especially the heavily bearded ones--LOL!)

Patrick, a website that explains these mysterious and wonderful apparitions would be most welcome, and assist in the awakening of humanity! How can you say 'no' to that?!!--LOL!

As a warning or reference to all of the dictators above, and then some!

It occurred to me that "social commentary" might be a more accurate term rather than "ominous warning", but it sounded rather wimpy considering we were talking about a straight edge razor dripping with blood--LOL!

I would get bored with it too fast, most crop circles are just grafitti done very nicely. Decoration for the fun of it. What was interesting about the last video is how the folding straight edge razor was placed next to a house but...magically...the people never heard or saw anything.

Good cloaking devices our visitor friends have.

Here is a link to a document that shows how our govt has been terrified and paranoid about the rising numbers of people for decades, and how they have planned to reduce that threat by reducing the population by any means necessary; deliberate, institutionalized depopulation.

This document is known as NSSM200, also known as "The Kissinger Report".

"The common strategy for dealing with rapid population growth should encourage
constructive actions to lower fertility..."

Welcome to the future that terrified Malthus; this is the real thing.

Before I have a look, "our" government means the USA?
All government everywhere on Earth is "our" government, which means all government(s) is(are) us. We create them, we renew them and inject them with enough energy (money) to keep it going in perpetuity, it seems.

To say "our" government is afraid = such people we've hired have very likely FAR exceeded the limits of authority granted, to the point anyone outside their closed circle who might suggest this, is a traitor, an insurgent or an insurrectionist. Our employees forget they are, acting like our masters.

I skimmed some of the document, and didn't see anything that was super nefarious, aside from questions about whether any drastic efforts should go toward population control in the US. Those were questions; not conclusions. They didn't happen.

They felt at the time that we were heading toward a world where people would watch other people starve to death on TV.

It was mostly about third world counties and the rationale for providing family planning training and supplies - especially in unstable countries where high populations of young people with no economic hope can destabilize governments.
