In medieval times, noon fell at three PM, nine hours after a monk's traditional rising hour of six o'clock in the morning. Dear Patrick,
in italian "Cartone" is the contract wording for "Cartone animato", that means "animated pieces of paper". This probabily comes from early times, when "cartoons" were just storytells made of drawings on paper and a voiceover. With thime some parts of the drawings got crudely animated, and this led to the animated papers od "cartoni animati". With time it stuck for animations much more sophisticated.
Nowadays this term is pretty much obsolete in Italy. Currently we use the japanese word "anime" or maybe the italian wording "animazione".

In the age of purely physical print media, there were still several methods; one was to zoom in and look, another method is to telepathically connect with people writing, reading and editing books and a third way is to have a physical copy picked up and delivered to them.

That last part begs the question, alien extraterrestrials have agents working for them on Earth who are humans or can pass themselves off as humans?

Yes but this has become less necessary, says The Committee, because physical things can be ordered and delivered without a human receiving the package.

In many cases, the alien ET visitors can physically inspect things because they can cloak their presence and remain invisible. No human computer network or file is unavailable to them.

I saw a wee ET ship yesterday in broad daylight while out walking with my husband. He saw it as well, but of course was Skeptical. I at first thought it was a drone, but he said it didn't look like a drone. It was playful and then it kind of disappeared. I took a wee video, but it was hard to see it. I did screenshot it though :-) A friend of mine says it was Arcturians. I also saw the number 333 on a car 10 minutes before we saw it. 333 actually is a ET number. Bring on the ships 2023 :-)

I now regret sharing that link/information because after seeing only the same two or three videos and pictures on the internet all from the main stream news or their local affiliates — I’m suspicious of what we’re being told. Why aren’t local residents posting videos of the explosion smoke cloud, water pollution? Other than the pictures and videos put out by the main stream news organizations there’s nothing posted by real residents and citizens. Did nobody take their own videos or pictures? How is that possible? Theres pages and pages of YT videos by the “news”but none from the local residents? How is that even possible?

All news channels are biased, but most are misleading rather than outright lies (except for Trump's alternative truth). If we have a good coverage of different news channels, plus the missing bits and pieces from Amendment (we are so privileged for that), I am hopeful to be able to get the gist of what is going on.
Of course, it also depends if you are seeking 'news' to re-inforce your own belief, or for information. That's why I hate the esteemed GAG sometimes, because they only deliver the truth, which is not always what I want to hear.

Hi Linda, that's explained somewhere, maybe Elisa talked to Erik about that but the jist I got was that communication is not the same as disclosure. Pat talks to them. In other words we can talk to them but not the same as they exposing themselves for all the world to see... Information can be exchanged. We talked before about the civilization from the 4th dimension giving the Deep State the means to control us, but that's not the same as disclosure. I remember something about a civilization giving information to the Deep State to make things so bad here that humans will want to kill each other off. All they have to do is wait, and once we are gone, nothing can stop them from moving in. I'm probably getting that wrong but I believe thats the jist.
