RQ1: Will medical exemptions be accepted for people unable to comply with mandates?
C: Yes, always.
RQ2: Will the vaccine become moot after consequences of the natural disasters like fuel shortages and problems with agricultural production? Would it matter to focus on the virus? Unfortunately it seems like that timeline is at least 10 years out so for now but good to know it is a nonissue in our near future.
C: Vaccines will never become moot, just less popular as infections from the virus reduce.
RQ3: Is there is a possibility that a post-covid vaccinated person may be spreading viruses?
C: Almost zero. The problems with the virus have been reactions, not effectiveness at stimulating the immune system. Once a human becomes resistant to any virus, insufficient viruses exist to casually distribute to other targets. This is what occurs with blood borne viruses also; vaccinated or otherwise immune people have insufficient viruses to supply an insect such as a mosquito.
