Raison D'être

A brief, concise and very clearly spoken video of less than 3 (three) minutes.

I was led to it, in order to post it here; you might think the message is for us —a logical and correct interpretation— however such is but one view. Another way to see it, among several The Committee is telling me, is this video is directed at the monitors of this website; for them to understand their surveillance is not secret, unknown or as hidden as they believe.

True 1. power and 2. control have narcotic effects; disturbances to 1 &/or 2 trigger withdrawal symptoms. I'd try to get rid of a headache too, if I could.

If the addiction to power seems strange, you probably have not tasted broad control over other humans. S/he who can resist the narcoleptic, addictive effects of strong authority is the minority among its holders. Propensity to becoming such an addict is what attracts many people to power, to its pursuit and its exercise.

To explain this to us —to mankind— is the goal, objective and purpose our extraterrestrial cousins have for making contact with humanity.

Not to entertain, fascinate, amuse, frighten,  enthrall, attack, enthuse or recruit humans for or into anything.

@Patrick I was thinking last night but do some of these monitors also post comments on here

@ No Scott, those folks would never make the effort for a tiny bug like me. I would have to grow into a Tyrannosaurus Rex before I'd receive any attention.

I was watching a cable series, today, and someone used this word. I had never heard of it before and wanted to understand its meaning so I looked it up, and now you are using it here. Interesting coincidence.

Patrick

Which word, Tyrannosaurus Rex? (The movie Jurassic Park?)

A few weeks ago I saw the skeleton of one discovered just a few years ago in South Dakota. The jawbone was at least 1½ times the size of the teeth on a 9m 8-9,000 kg male orca.

Can't they ever look at the stress and overwork and pointlessness of the narrative they sell the world they control, and ask: "Is this all there is?" Couldn't it be better? More serene? More peaceful? More meaningful?

Survey says: No

Who are "they"?

▶ The Masters-In-Control live quite peacefully. They do not sell a narrative; that process involves a conscious, aware decision to buy or not. No. no, no, no......we are denied the chance to make a comparison. We are enslaved to an emotional reaction, by denial of access to other possible, potential reactions. We can't select options we don't know exist. We do not have unavailable choices.

▶ We The Worker Bees? We have all the power, but we're convinced we do not.

By "they", I mean the Masters-In-Control.

They sell a narrative designed to make it appear that the way we live is the only way to live that makes sense, even though it's not true.

Yes, THEY live peacefully, but they never think about a world where everyone lives peacefully. They have a failure of imagination - they can't imagine feeling peaceful and happy if the same is available to ALL.

Their joy is in the comparison and thinking of themselves in the catbird's seat to the exclusion of everyone else. It's such a narrow view.

Patrick
4/7/2021 22:21:21

No selling is involved; that word means "buyers" which automatically means the ability to accept, reject or make counteroffers between seller and buyer.

No narrative is sold; it's imposed. They think about a peaceful world all the time, and they reject it. General peace and tranquility would dilute, erode and soon eliminate their power. They think about the peaceful world constantly, they see it as their adversary. Their imagination is excellent.

It's not a narrow view at all. Their perspective is quite broad and far-reaching; it takes into account all existing possible threats and challenges to their privilege, position and power, from which they formulate a pre-emptive plan to control by avoidance of such problems before they become one.

Whatever collateral damage is created amongst us The Little People is a positive feature of their scheme.

Lorri
4/7/2021 22:48:43

We're mostly saying the same thing, if not using the same words.

I maintain that their vision is narrow. They can't imagine the possibility that a happy peaceful world for ALL could be better for THEM too. Like, they could find more rewarding things to focus on instead of being hyper-vigilant in protecting their excess privilege and power.

I was reading a book about the aristocracy in England, written by an American who spent a long time there observing. The book was published in 1896.

He explains how the British aristocracy created such onerous laws about owning and inheriting land in an effort to keep it all for themselves and exclude the vast majority from land ownership, that their own laws ended up hurting their own financial stability!

Very interesting how their own rabid selfishness turned on them.

Patrick
5/7/2021 12:03:42

@ Lorri: Their vision is wide, broad and nearly all encompassing. Their CHOICE is the narrow route. The sugar, alcohol or what-have-you addict knows consumption requires changes, but keeps doing it anyway.

You are precisely correct; their minds are corrupted, rotten and almost beyond correction, as would be the minds of most humans exposed to the same drug of power. They don't believe anything could be more rewarding than what they now have. Giving up their position is worse than death.

Regarding the British aristocracy, another good example was Nicolae Ceaușescu, the Communist dictator of Romania. He outlawed abortion, babies born who might not have been otherwise, grew up to become a key part of the rebellion against him which resulted in his execution.

Given the opportunity to seize then execute control, many humans are unable to resist, either individually or as a member of the power group. What's happening in the USA today offers several current examples.

@Patrick - I'm all too aware of what money and power reveal about a person. I was married for 17 years to a man who worked for his brother. That brother amassed over 50 Million.

He hated to pay the people who were slaving away for him what they were worth, and seemed to enjoy the power that came with having people dependent on him and his decisions.

I've always maintained that money REVEALS who you really are.

He was everything I would be ashamed to be. I would feel like a failure as a human being if I acted like him.

Patrick

▶ Amassed without earning it?
▶ What an employee is worth is subjective. If a worker believes s/he is underpaid compared to peers and the labor market, s/he can seek a better salary. This opportunity exists where the economy grows. Governments suffocate economic activity and development.
▶ 100% correct, money is the big revelation. Capitalism comes from "capita" (plural of caput, "head" in Latin) and means what the people, through their brains inside our heads, do. Money never moves itself; always is there a human making the decision.
▶ Yet he felt like a success, didn't he? For him, life review will be most rewarding.

Lorri
6/7/2021 14:27:38

@Patrick - In what way was (he's deceased) his life review rewarding?

Unless his life plan was to be a jerk. If so, he succeeded.

Lorri
6/7/2021 14:41:12

@Patrick - "Amassed without earning it?"

YES. That is real thing for some.

He got his first business by having his mom take out a mortgage loan on her house. Never paid her back. Years later, he started "supporting" her, but barely gave her enough to live on . She had to declare bankruptcy in her old age under his "care", though he had all that money. Mind you, this was his mom who put him through school, paid for his wedding, let him buy an expensive sports car with her money, and mortgaged her house for his first biz.

He had a series of crazy lucky breaks also - right up to the end when he retired. He worked a lot less than his employees did.

I can't get into all the details here.

Moving away from his story, I personally think that when an employer underpays their employees, it's wage theft. No, I do not consider under-paying employees and pocketing the extra money to be "earning".

At least we won't be hearing about COVID19 too much after this happens. I personally don't have any action or money in the market right now, had to cash out as I need that money for other pressing needs. On the other hand I've already given my advice on this website what I would do before this event happens. So it's too late if somebody has taken my advice. Just giving a full disclosure here.

How many humans worked just to have a car, 10-12 decades ago, not just eat or have a roof over their head? It's too common today in some countries (such as mine). I look around at the prices & gadgets of & in many personal vehicles (try buying one in the USA today without an iPad embedded in the dashboard) and I wonder what is the buyer thinking?

I feel the pressure myself to possess things; why can't I wait until I'm near a telephone before I make or get calls? Why do I have to take selfies all the time? Why are streaming video and ear buds needed everywhere in public? Why does every car require remote controlled power locks, remote starting, power windows, power outside mirrors, a power trunk close function, automatic climate control, lane departure control, automatic brakes when following too closely, etc etc etc

I struggled with the article, it follows the same irritating (to me) formula of a personal anecdote before presenting the story, the facts and the data. I suppose this is necessary for some folks but I've discovered this approach is pervasive, too much so I think.

Is the consumerism push becoming too strong in China?

Reply
Lorri

My takeaway from the article isn't just about consumerism. It was about the expectation in China that a normal work week means working SIX DAYS A WEEK from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

The young man did not want to do that and as a result of publicizing his experience, the Chinese government started banning him.

They don't want his personal rebellion to spread.

I viewed the 3 minute video twice and not sure I got the message.
We are conditioned to work, ie produce, in order to consume. And that is a bad thing? The alternative is for everyone to stop working and consume nothing?
300 years ago, 90% of the population was involved in food production. War led to famine because not enough people were producing food. Now we only need about 2% of population in primary food production, so we can afford more teachers, physicians, artists, and even soldiers, without fear of famine.
North Americans and Orientals are usually harder working, as reflected by their higher GDP per capita and economic growth rate. Europeans, Latin Americans, Africans, and South Asians prefer to work less, so they enjoy more leisure. There is no right or wrong in how people choose to live.
Is ET coming to tell us that we have been deceived by the Illuminati and we should stop working and enjoy manna falling from the sky? If we get sick and go to a hospital, but the physicians are on holidays, or our house is burning down, but the firemen have gone fishing, is that ok?

[I think the point is we are conditioned. If there was just sane people on this planet, we would all be used to cooperating to produce and consume...not do it for "them".

Who gets to define sane, using that definition to exclude or include, and in what things?

Patrick
6/7/2021 09:21:00

Do the goods & services produced in greater amounts, such as in North America or the Orient... [20 years ago I got ripped a new one by a young lady whose family was from Vietnam for using the word Oriental] ....make mankind, all together or any one of us, any happier than we'd otherwise be?

Latin Americans work like mules.

No, our ET cousins are not coming to tell us about what is already known but denied with vehemence.

@Patrick - It seems to me that the ET economic system you described before is to be envied. They have more doctors, but they all work part-time. Everyone has everything they need. They work, but not as many hours as humans do, so they don't get burnt out.

Hancock is entitled to his opinion and I respect it. However, I would like to proffer an alternative explanation: some people are just power-hungry assholes.

This quote might make the point less bluntly: "It is said that power corrupts, but actually it’s more true that power attracts the corruptible. The sane are usually attracted by other things than power.” ~David Brin

Many power wielding & exercising leaders have sociopathic traits. Too many observers associate bluster & bravado with this —Donald Trump is an example— when in practice & fact, many such psychopaths operate with a more controlled outward demeanor, in spite of what they do.

I often feel that the Dark Ones are aware of me, fear me and try to attack me with negative energy. Why? Because I'm an Indigo Child and antithetical to all the Dark Ones stand for. Those like me constitute an existential threat to them, as they would see it.

I've long been an admirer of Graham Hancock. A great researcher and storyteller.
