Practically Shifty Effects - Part 1 of 2

14/3/2021

Discussions in the comments made on previous posts arise once again, about what to do when this, that or the-other-thing happens, or what might lessen or avoid negative effects.

Individual decisions, are; information here describes circumstances, events, developments, environment & surroundings now coming to Earth.

What we can each do, we each decide. The Committee addresses the big picture.  I can't forecast how many posts this will require, I try to keep each one at 2-3 pages, 4 at the most, 1,200 to 1,500 words or thereabouts; thus "x".

I remember when the Icelandic volcano erupted and showered its ash all over Northern Europe. Flights got disrupted for a few days and ash fell from the sky. I think it lasted a week or so. And that was the small volcano!

Dear patrick & C.
I have just a few questions:
there has been two similar events in recorded history, concerning volcanic ashes changing severely the weather pattern for several years.
The first one started in the 535-536 AD, the second started in 1100 AD. they were recorded as years of famine and pestilence, having the sun and the moon veiled by some sort of thin clouds.
Scientist currently explain these events as big volcanic influx of ashes in the stratosphere, and consequently a prolonged time of volcanic-induced winter conditions, or volcanic winter for short.
If I recollect well here, the Committee says that we did not experience a global covering form volcanic ashes like the one incoming since Atlantis times, that is at least 15.000 years ago. I have to conclude that the above mentioned historical facts (535 and 1100 AD) were likely caused by a partial cover, so the winter conditions are correctly assumed. Or maybe not?

Now the questions:
What really happened in these two historycal events? Did they were global or local? Did they brought warmer or colder conditions in the northern emisphere/globe?
What happened in the southern emisphere, it they were not global?
If they where global, why the Committe says that we did not had a global event form the times of Atlantis, then?

Have a nice day
Pierluigi

The Committee says these events did not cover the globe, but were large enough to cause the effects described.

I was wondering if there was a comprehensive list of vegetables, fruits and/or crops that will suffer during the dim period. I know oats or oatmeal were gunna thrive. Can we do a top 10 list of crops going bye bye and a top 10 list of crops that will thrive or survive? I was thinking I can learn how to plant something in the yard that will good during this dim period.

@Gary There is only a dim period if you believe it!

Susan: That's is not true. We humans incarnate because of many physical things we cannot change. We do NOT as humans have the ability to "believe away" things we don't like. That's a childlike fantasy. What we do is select our reactions and THAT is where we derive value and benefit.

It is also possible to be in a life situation where the negative effects do not apply to or affect a person. Thus no reaction is necessary. I have seen it said that persons living in the 4th dimension are such people.

Well, it's pretty much business as usual dowunder, all our state borders are reopened, have about 20 cases in the whole country, shipping a gazillion tons of coal back to China, who are building more coal-fired facilities than you can pick a stick at 😁😁😁 grow the economy at all costs , ship that ore, so much for things never going back to how they were hey 🤔🤔😏😏😏

Be patient. It required four years for the HCPs to realize their arrogance that Trump could never be elected, in order to remove him.

Thank you Patrick and Committee,
I look forward to future posts, this one is so helpful. It really does lend calm in a time of upheaval. Your site and A Course in Miracles has made this previously mad women much more at ease.

Within future posts, would the Committee please describe what the center of the earth consists of?

I too am planning my dim garden, last years initial garden was a failure-I have gained great respect for our farmers. Vegetable gardening is not simple. My well planned, organic everything garden consisting of beans, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, beats, squashes, cauliflower, broccoli produced:
7 green beans, a few tomatoes, 1 zucchini and a single butternut squash. I certainly hope my endeavors improve. Any chance the Committee can do some classes on gardening?

Hello to all, what a good group to participate in.

The center of Earth has been described several times by both The Committee and Alien ETs who contributed to the book. Liquid steel.

Humans will do much better than The Committee at teaching gardening.

So, what sorts of people are destined to learn humility?

I can think of many that need to. 😉

My feeling is this so called Dim period this particular Committee is mentioning could be way in the future of Earth's timeline, but to use the word dim is not that great of a word as it suggests fear for the people that read here.

It is starting now. The effects and human recognition, that they're caused by volcanic ash accumulation, could take a few years. I am not getting timing from The Committee, just being told to observe volcanic eruptions, large and small.

I think they mentioned about 4 months ago when the question was asked, some time after 2025 and might go into the 30's. Somewhere around there...

Dear Scott R,
I don't recall such a statement, but I observe that it would be coincidental with the bigger part of the maximum solar activity connected with the new (11-ish years) cycle.
the new cycle begun las year (2020) and will probabily end in 2031-2032
I suppose that the inner Earth core will respond to the Solar magnetic influx (the buldging described by the committe) with a lag, that maybe is in the range of 1-3 years. So my first guess is that the real pyrotecnics from volcanoes will be due to the end od 2022

Have a nice day
Pierluigi

It's a crying mess. The last of the Mohicans just resigned. Public Utility Commission of Texas Chairman, Arthur D'Andrea resigned 3/16. So who in the hell is in charge with the ERCOT CEO fired, PUC commissioners gone ... the regional drama in Texas continues ...

3 to 4 years of 1/3 less sunlight and higher ambient temperature (3-4C?) will not be fun.
This is NOT an overnight switch. Sunlight will be restored as the volcanic ash drops back to earth, and temperature will also return to normal, but all gradually. Food production will take even longer to be restored.
Implication:
(1) The butter mountain and oilive oil lake of EU will disappear;
(2) Countires self-sufficient in food production will be much better off than those relying on food imiport. Japan and Middle East countries will suffer badly, North America, Europe, China and India will be ok.
(3) Enjoy all the goodies while you can, eg wagyu beef, salmon, European cheese, Belgian chocolate, exotic fruits and vegetables.
(4) Australia will fare poorly due to persistent draught on a biblical scale.
(5) Diet will change drastically, even insects will become a staple diet in some places.
(6) Production of distilled liquor will be cut back, since the grain will be needed for food rather than making booz. Cannabis production may not be too affected, though. Even the hungry want to get high.
At least we won't go hungry and cold, just hugry and hot...
Good idea to build a cold-storage with 4 years of food supply at home, if you can. Canned and dried food lasts a long time, too. But too much canned tuna may drive people crazy.
Some countries have a tradition of culling the geriatric in times of famine, but that seems poitically incorrect nowadays. Better let them die of coronavirus. Birth rate is dropping fast, anyway.
Some readers think this climate change, along with the collapse of the economy (caused by a sharp curtailing of long distance transportation) is a welcomed change to equalise the poor and the rich. The rich is much better equipped to deal with food shortage than the poor, they are not going hungry. Telling your kids that the rich can no longer enjoy all the luxury is a poor consolatiion to their empty stomach.

"...equalise the poor and the rich..." 🙄 NOT POSSIBLE.....not as long as humans and our money both exist. 😐

The odd thing is: economic inequality has been a BIG gripe in 'rich countries' (ie US, Europe, etc), but much less so in 'poor countries'. Indians, Chinese, and Africans just want a chance to improve their livelihood, and wish to preserve the opportunity for social and economic mobility. On the other hand, Americans and Europeans keep decrying the death of the middle class and want to return to the good, old days. But in reality, opportunity for social and economic mobility is much better in the US and Europe than China, India, and Africa.

Not to make light of the situation, but I'd stay away from weed--it'll only give you the munchies...and unfortunately, Uber Eats will have gone the way of the dinosaurs!

Life during the "Dim Period" is a scary proposition, indeed, but perhaps TC could give us more info on the positive aspects of these trying times...

I tried cannabis (given to me by friends) when I went to university, about 2, 3 times. I hated it, because it made me feel like throwing up. Hungry or not, legal or not, this is not my cup of tea. But then, alcohol also makes me sick (a huge headache), so I don't drink, either. Still don't get why some people are addicted to alcohol or drug. My habbits are out of syn with the 21st century.

As far as access to "exotic fruits and vegetables", I guess it depends on where you live. South Florida grows a lot of exotic fruits and vegetables, so Floridians at least will have access to them. How far the Florida growers might be able to transport them, I don't know.

@Lorri
It may depend on the lack of sunlight for the exotic fruits and vegetables more so than being able to transport it.
Maybe transportation at first but I am pretty sure we will be eating a lot of root vegetables and oats lol...but yet...😭
