Do the HCP also control all the crypto currencies?

Thanks for all you and TC do.

The alternative money index funds, popularly known as cryptocurrencies, are monitored by HCPs but not controlled. The true concern is held by government bureaucrats we all have, know about and love (not). Employees at this level fly well below HCP radar.

Bear in mind, cryptocurrencies are valued in government issued currency amounts. Even where buyers & sellers agree to exchange them in a transaction, cryptos can't be used for >99.99% of purchase transactions worldwide.

What's the percentage of head of states, head of governments, presidents, kings and queens, who are actually HCP proxies?

Rumour has it that, in addition to the Rothchilds and Rockefellers, the Papacy and British monarchy are also members of Illuminati. But in the after-life interview of Prince Philip, he denied participation of the British monarch (but he acknowledged Prince Andrew's sexual crimes). But then Trump also hospitality at Epstein's resort, too.
The esteemed GAG once commented that neither Putin nor Xi (of China) was part of the Illuminati, but other powerful people in China and Russia are. That only shows the Illuminati does not have a monopoly for being despicable.

The HCPs are not heads of state EVER. The HCPs manage, throttle, control & handle heads of state to the extent necessary to maintain control over the citizenry.

Patrick
21/6/2022 09:56:59

Proxy or employee?

Worldwide, heads of state of all various flavors are employees. Proxies are simply front people, figurehead representatives, two very different things. Heads of state are contacted by proxies, who act as the "go-betweens" or runners for the HCPs.

Insofar as how many heads-of-state are controlled to some degree by the HCPs?

1. One
2. Hundred
3. Percent

The differences are to what degree and how much influence each head-of-state can exert. Controlling 5% of the British Prime Minister's decisions means something vastly different from controlling 100% of what Malawi's President does.

But maybe the first would suffice, if I have to choose.

You'll never see the HCP downfall because you do not see them now. As things change, the ability of the HCPs to influence governments will fade (fast) as the governments themselves lose power & position.

Ask visitors to Earth to come see you. Likely they will, at a place and time you LEAST expect it.

In an odd sort of way, I can see where the HCPs believe they are truly acting for the benefit of mankind. They fear that humanity is incapable of surviving on its own without the help of the HCPs.

As happens with many, many things.

Supporters advocate with passion, convinced their solution will bring about true improvements. The USA went down this mistaken path a century ago with The Volstead Act, better known as Prohibition. It solved almost nothing and caused massive, accumulating problems for more than dozen years.

Bear in the mind, the HCPs are drug addicted to power, much as a sexual predator attacks victims to impose control, to extract fear & terror to which he is also addicted.

The benevolence part is the window dressing used to fool themselves. The majority know their disappearance would likely bring about improvements. Consider the vastly unmanaged, unregulated and untaxed industrial development in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom in the middle to late 19th century. No doubt similar things would have happened elsewhere to even greater degrees than they have but for the disease of government manipulated behind the curtains by the HCP tumors.

A few more questions:

1. Do the HCPs know one another?
2. Do the HCP coordinate their actions? If so, how do they resolve their difference of opinion?
3. When proxies (who, I assume are known super-rich or influential persons) meet the HCPs, do the proxies know the identities of the HCPs and the fact that they are supposed to obey their commands?
4. If the HCPs control all the central banks of the world and can print money at will, does that mean that all these banks are printing and sending unaccounted for money which is not recorded in the book keeping process?
5. "One method used is to offer secretive information, which is power." - Can you offer a few examples of such secretive information?
6. Every currency note is supposed to have a unique number which belong to a "series". Do the central banks print duplicate currency notes i.e. multiple notes having the same number and thus bypass the accounting process?
7. Earlier (as far as I remember, but I may be wrong) TC said that the HCPs can manifest things. Can they produce things out of thin air? Are they trained to do this?
8. If HCPs can be considered as a club of people who control the world, since when has this club been in existence?
9. Are the HCPs planning a worldwide economic collapse and population reduction ?
10. The HCPs must be aware of the ongoing Shift and that their influence on humanity will become less in the near future. What steps are they taking to ensure their survival?

Thanks.

Says The Committee:
1. Yes, but not more than a few. A structured, compartmentalized arrangement is used to prevent being identified as a group, because no group can form.
2. Of course. A hierarchy of authorities is used, just as exists in a known organization. The difference is, most identities are unknown, the arrangement is made so this is not necessary.
3. The people who act as proxies are not always rich and influential, but often are because of their position as one. No, identities are unknown by the proxies. Yes, the proxies obey blindly, but are happy to do it. Their rewards are far beyond anything imaginable for doing what they are instructed. The penalties are also a great motivator.
4. Yes, but the money is no longer printed. It is created electronically; it is accounted for but disguised. Access to records is very severely restricted and coded so even if examined, the source and uses cannot be identified.
5. Military and diplomatic plans, personal information about a leader, the function and operation of the human mind, the existence of the soul, alien extraterrestrials.
6. No, such a method would be found out. See number four.
7. Yes.
8. It began to form as global transportation and communication became more reliable, approximately twelve decades ago.
9. Yes but the planning stage is long complete, the world is in the implementation stage now.
10. The plan about which you ask in question #9 which will become futile. The forces now causing events of The Shift cannot be controlled by humans.

wow, wow, wow. Great questions and incredible answers! Patrick, in answer #5, what secrets about the function and operation of the mind do they know? HOW do they know and how can I learn this?

How can the rest of us learn how to manifest out of thin air?

Do the HCPs ever feel bad for the horrible things they do to us? I seriously don't understand how a human being purposely hurt another without regard in the way they do. I'm assuming they have children. Do they ever think about what if someone harmed their children the way they harm us?

Pierluigi
22/6/2022 08:42:47

Jennifer, the HCPs tells to themselves that alla that they do is for the greater good.
It is a convenient lie, obviously. They do care just for themeselves.
So, I assume that they are not so loving for their children, if they even have some. I assume that they could even sacrifice them, to reach their goals.

Luckily enough, they are still human beings, and are fallible and helpless against natural forces as common humans. What is left for them is seeing the utter collapse of their carefully build house of cards.

Have a nice day
Pierluigi

Patrick
22/6/2022 09:01:04

@ Jennifer: The HCPs know what readers of this website and its material know, things most humans will flat out disbelieve.

You have already learned it.

Most people disbelieve anything can be manifested out of thin air because they do not believe it. Often the newcomer to the process needs to see it happen with her/his own eyes. (Back to the human challenge, everything has to be seen, heard, smelled, touched or tasted for a human to believe it exists).

Once a person believes in the power, effect & ability of the mind and its power, then also sees the mind create physical things, then the beginnings of manifestation can take place. Think of the scene from Star Wars (1st movie) where Luke is being taught to levitate his space cruiser from the swamp. If you have not seen this scene, it is worth the time to look for it on say YooToob or by watching the entire movie.

They don't feel bad; they do not think they do horrible things. They know horrible things exist, but they do not do them, in their minds, their actions have costs and benefits, the latter outweigh the former.

The few who have children protect them as they protect themselves. The consistency of treatment you mention, the absence of hypocrisy and fairness of treatment to others as one would prefer for oneself, doing so would undermine their systems, their positions and everything they have.

Lorri
21/6/2022 17:39:52

1) How do the HCPs maintain their numbers?

2) Do they bring their children in to take over?

3) Are new HCPs created that are not from their families?

4) What kind of things can they manifest out of thin air?

5) Why do they consider themselves benevolent if they are so smart. It's clear they are anything but benevolent.

1. Recruitment
2. Never
3. These people are not created, they're recruited then trained.
4. Almost anything the size of a human body or smaller, individually. For larger things, this requires several people. For example they can manifest cash money.
5. Clear TO YOU. Re-read the quote from Friedrich Nietzsche below the FRONT PAGE photo.

Regarding #4 and manifesting things such as cash:

1) How long does it take an HCP to learn how to do this?

3) Do they live longer than an average human, and if so, how long?

I know you said they are not flashy but I wrongly assumed they at least lived as I picture famous people living. So the "employees" are the ones who live lavishly? And the only reason they do things is for the power? Are the rest of us just entertainment to them?

Lorri
22/6/2022 20:25:01

That they live an upper middle class lifestyle doesn't surprise me as much as you'd think.

It wouldn't matter how much money I had, I'd do the same. It's already very comfortable and "stealth wealth" is a safer way to live.

I suppose whenever they want a taste of ultimate luxury (which gets boring if it's repetitive), they can arrange it for however long they want or travel to whatever experience they desire.

"How does one manifest physical things out of thin air? I thought that was reserved for Heaven."

In the 19th century, and the beginning of the 20th century, mediumship was booming in western countries. On particular set of mediumship was called "physical mediumship" where medium would manifest things, objects or "ectoplasm" out of thin air. Those manifestation are called "apport". There is a facebook page called Ciencias Psíquicas (https://www.facebook.com/survivalafterdeath/?ref=page_internal) where, in the photo section, you can see TONS of true ectoplasm, apport, and real ghost photos. It is quit frankly one of the best collections of paranormal photographic evidence out there in the net. In fact physical mediumship is quite alive and you can go see the youtube page of Kai Muegge, and see for yourself ectoplasm and apport. You can see others by typing "apport materialization" on youtube also.
Now, I wonder is this the same technique use by the HCP ?
I would not mind learning to "apport" some money for sure...

Patrick
24/6/2022 11:19:02

@ Steve: Because nobody would have believed the explanation of Trump's assassination. The skepticism would have undermined the efforts to take advantage of Trump's removal. Vice President Mike Pence would have come across like steak & pork chops at a vegetarian festival, if he'd begun following orders & commands from the HCPs.

The HCPs believed the BS that Trump could not beat Hillary. Once they recovered from the surprise, they knew Trump would become somewhat weaker when his political party lost control of Congress, they distracted the voters with empty accusations of Russian ownership but engineered a pandemic to cause economic effects and allow for election procedure changes, which covered up what was REALLY happening inside the computers.

So Rothchilds etc..are lower-ranking position in this particular HCP's hierarchy...as we are told and
we are also told that we are born in this world with free will,
how is it possible when these HCP's control/decide our everyday life and future?
Unconsciously we are in a prison or for at least for the majority of the humans..saying it in a more harshly way..

Not rank, this suggests a lower rung part of the same hierarchy. The Rothschilds or whatever or whoever they are, are not a part of the HCPs and cannot be ranked alongside, or above or below.

Any person or institution in the world is potentially subject to their will, as soon as that person or institution becomes important enough to attract it.

The HCPs only control what the controlled allow.

"Unconscious prison" is a VERY good way to describe it. If you read this website, you are not inside their jail.

@Artie Fuffkin: Erik did the after-life interview with Prince Philip.

We are all able to manifest things with our minds in the spiritual realm. Incarnation would be futile if we all do the same on Earth. (But then the esteemed GAG would probably remind us that we are still able to do so now, if properly trained.)

Don't be too dismayed, as the esteemed GAG said, that the Illuminati is part of people's life-plans, hence it is pre-destined. But then so were the world wars, famine, coronavirus, etc.

What happens to free will, if everything is already pre-destined? My take: destiny is like walking down a street, free will is our choice of path when we arrive at a junction.

Even without the Illuminati, there is no lack of bad people in power harming the helpless. The only difference is the anonymity of the Illuminati. No need to be too obsessed with it. We should judge people by their action and not their words.

I wish I could laugh, but the Roe decision has taken away my sense of humor.

Just yesterday, the Texas Tribune reported findings from a study that showed the Texas law is having the exact effect a Texas Obstetrician said it would have. Doctors are compromising care of their patients with pregnancy complications until their lives are in danger.

"Doctors reported that they have postponed abortion care until a patient’s health or pregnancy complication has deteriorated to the point that their life was in danger, including multiple cases where patients were sent home, only to return once they were in sepsis.

And even when patients were able to qualify for an abortion under the life-saving exemption, some doctors report being unable to get nurses or anesthesiologists to assist on these procedures for fear that they will be seen as “aiding and abetting” in an abortion, which is prohibited by the law."

https://www.texastribune.org/2022/06/23/texas-abortion-law-doctors-delay-care/

Several states have trigger laws that will make abortion illegal immediately, and several states will outlaw it even for women who are victims of rape or incest.

In other news: Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is now saying the Supreme Court “should reconsider” its past rulings codifying rights to contraception access, same-sex relationships, and same-sex marriage.

I am disgusted.

Women getting pregnant accidently in a state where the above scenario might unfold should now avoid getting accidentally pregnant and/or have back-up plans to travel to a state where they can get the procedure done pretty much as soon as preferred.

The decision to overturn Roe v. Wade makes no ruling on whether an abortion should be available, it says the people through their elected representatives, state or federal, should decide.

Lorri
24/6/2022 15:35:12

Patrick, this isn't just about unwanted pregnancies.

Texas doctors have said they are postponing life-saving abortions to save the life of a mother. They are waiting until she develops sepsis and is in danger of death. They are talking about pregnant women who wanted their pregnancies. The doctors are literally telling us that they can no longer provide a decent standard of care for women with pregnancy complications.

The doctors and staff are afraid of being prosecuted for performing an abortion. Zero doctors were consulted when the law was written and it shows in the ambiguity of the law. As one obstetrician said, pregnant women can move very quickly from being healthy to being near death. The law does not recognize that a doctor needs to make a quick decision BEFORE the pregnant woman's life is in danger. Doctors are afraid they will be accused of breaking the law if they act too soon, and this puts women in danger.

As far as the women with an unwanted pregnancy, all the states surrounding Texas are expected to ban abortion (trigger laws) also. The only neighboring state available is New Mexico.

If you don't have money to travel, you are out of luck.

Representative Briscoe Cain has issued "cease and desist" letters to nonprofit advocacy groups who were giving funds to poor women to travel to other states. He has stated he will target those groups and that their advocacy is illegal according to Texas laws still on the books since before Roe was enacted.

What the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade does, is subject us to democratic mob rule. The Supreme Court is supposed to prevent people's rights being trampled on just because a majority wants to curtail other people's rights. The Constitution guarantees a right to privacy and abortion is a private decision.

Lorri
24/6/2022 15:48:48

The Texas Tribune provided a breakdown of who seeks abortions.

3/4 are poor or low-income women.

They already had a hard time coming up with the funds for an abortion, let alone time off and funds for travel. And now they're going after advocacy groups who provide funds to travel, so this means that many women can't just travel out of state.

I am too upset to ask questions. If that changes and I have questions, it would be at a later date. I probably won't have any questions ever though.

According to Russian state media, a U.S. Virginia-class nuclear-powered attack submarine was detected today in Russian territorial waters off the Kuril Islands.
Per Russian reports, the vessel was found submerged near the island of Urup while Russia’s Pacific Fleet was holding exercises in the area.
Russian vessels then contacted the submarine, warned that it was in the country’s territorial waters, and ordered it to surface immediately.

1. All Navy submarines are attack vessels
2. Intentional incursions into territorial waters of another nation without permission occur all the time.
3. That this incident is reported is intended to distract the naïve.

I think it's going to be a nightmare. People will either be able to move to a state that hasn't illegalized abortion or deal with it whatever way they can. This will put us back to abortions being done by doctors in back alleys.

Of course they will. And keep in mind it's not only women with unwanted pregnancies who are at risk.

Pregnant women with WANTED pregnancies are at risk if they have life-threatening complications, and have already suffered from a lack of timely care in Texas. This information is straight from the doctors themselves.

Now it will spread to all the other states that imposing bans. Doctors are very sensitive to prosecution and will not risk their livelihoods. Women will take on all the risk.
