I know I recently had a little bit of tds myself but I think it can't be avoided unless you decided to go live in the mountains cut off from contact with other people. That being said I think if you took away all the bs and could actually just hang out with him I bet trump really isn't so bad it's just being human that gets in the way.
What surprises me is why folks outside the USA over whom Trump has no control, continue to dislike him even as the USA's improving economy increased trade and economic gains in those countries, most of all Canada.
What I'm really saying is, I take politicians with a block of salt at best and if they can't affect me or USA, I barely pay attention. I am surprised at the attention Obama & Trump have attracted around the world.
@Patrick I think probably the main reason I don't mind trump is because you told us ahead of time that he would be president. I wonder on average how many people will have a good laugh after they die and reflect on these past few yrs.
My views on Trump changed after watching The Fall of the Cabal on YouTube
"What surprises me is why folks outside the USA over whom Trump has no control, continue to dislike him even as the USA's improving economy increased trade and economic gains in those countries, most of all Canada."
Trump is seen as the most powerful leader of the world, therefore he and the U.S. have and wield much influence also in the rest of the world. Therefore the governments and people of other countries need to pay attention. Economy and trade are only two yardsticks to measure with. The U.S. and Canada have fundamental differences, strengths and weaknesses, not to mention other countries.
As much as I despise political discussions, I really enjoyed what the Committee had to say about TDS. It IS like a temper tantrum. I do think that SOME of it is justified. The president and his political allies get away with saying and doing things that he has condemned in other leaders, whether it is playing golf, lying, or issuing unconstitutional executive orders. It's not deranged to call him out on it but it can't consume you.
I don’t think Trump and his allies “get away with saying and doing things” any more than Obama or any other president has ever done. It may seem that way if one appreciated the actions the previous administration was taking. As far as that goes, Obama, unlike his predecessors, is the only past president to publicly denigrate his successor, which can definitely be considered “TDS”...not a good look for a former president. And what he complains about is what he did to the Bush legacy, but that part is not critiqued.
the Nobel prize for peace while he conducted the most wars in your history, running guantanamo while saying it would be closed etc, extebded indiscriminated drone wars etc. extraordinary renditions (aka your national laws is bullshit, your citizen rights are double bullshit if you are not an american) etc?
Man, if USA is not home of huge oxymorons, no country is.
Trump is less hypocrital and less warmongerer, that's true. He is also not politically correct, and that's unfortunate, his main sin :D
Have a nice day
Pierluigi...I’m not of the mind that being “politically correct” is a positive, thus Trump’s failure to be so is a breath of fresh air.
As for oxymorons, the second portion of that word stands for just about every national leader in one form or another.
Normalcy (or madness) is a relative term, because it is measured against the rest of the population. Is President Trump deranged? If nearly half the US voters agree with him, then, by definition, Trump cannot be deranged, judged against the verdict by almost half the US voters.
But just don't ask the Canadians, Europeans, Japanese, South Koreans, Persians, Chinese, Australians, Arabs or Mexicans this question.
@Stephen I think you forgot a few countries and continents😁
What's scary is how far some are willing to take the TDS.
I saw a headline online yesterday and after I clicked on it, the story blew my mind. A nail salon owner in a suburb of Charleston, SC (Mt. Pleasant) put up an Instagram post that she and a friend were organizing a Trump Boat Parade on May 23rd. She said "Keep America Great" flags and gear were a requirement, the tackier the better. Clearly, they were just trying to have fun.
A jewelry designer who had her designs for sale in the nail salon owner's store, saw the Instagram post, and reposted it with the message that she was cutting business ties with the salon owner. She said that the salon owner being a Trump supporter and organizing the parade was a slap in the face to the salon owner's minority employees and friends. Said she was racist and greedy if she still supported Trump.
The salon owner asked her friends to message the jewelry designer and inform her that you can support Trump without it meaning you're a racist. She followed that up with a message that she was suing her for defamation.
The jewelry designer claimed she got so many disparaging and "harassing" messages and threats from the salon owner's followers, that she reached out to another woman who is a black activist.
The black activist got on board and posted a photo of the salon owner with this message: "In Charleston you learn, fairly quickly, that the face of White Supremacy resembles that of the boutique-owning, gate-keeping glitterati. This is Katie Shields ... She’s organizing a Nautical MAGA rally with her friends. Katie is reprehensible."
All this because of a silly parade. A star from the hit reality show, Southern Charm, got involved in defending the salon owner, and one of her messages to the black activist featured a monkey emoji.
This blew up the story and it's now made national news. The reality star said she meant "monkey business" and not a racial slur, but who knows?
In all the major media where this is being played out, the narrative is totally that the salon owner is a Trump-loving racist and the two women had every right to bait her and harass her, and then complain that when her friends pushed back that THEY were getting harassed. Under these articles are tons of comments agreeing that the nail salon owner deserves to be dragged for planning the Trump Boat Parade.
If this isn't derangement, I don't know what is.
Personally, I think all Trump ever wanted was to get a crack at changing a few pet peeves that bothered him as a business man, namely trade treaties.
I think other areas of presidential focus are minor details to him in comparison to trade. If he makes progress in other areas, it's a bonus in his mind. He will publicly pat himself on the back for other accomplishments, but they don't animate him the same way.
And when it comes to areas he's not passionate about, he doesn't deviate much from past presidents. He listens to advisors who may or may not have our best interests at heart. He can be persuaded about things he's not naturally focused on.
I don't see him draining any swamp, nor do I think there is any grand plan to do so. If he wanted to drain the swamp, why didn't he prosecute Hillary Clinton as he promised in his campaign? Too dangerous.
As usual, journalist Caitlin Johnstone hits the nail on the head again
“If he wanted to drain the swamp, why didn't he prosecute Hillary Clinton as he promised in his campaign?”
The swamp is deep and vast. Imagine if he went after HRC at the start, do you really think she’d be convicted of anything? Just like what happened with the Benghazi hearings, her deleted emails, illegal servers holding classified state documents that were ‘careless’. Her money is in so many pockets, her minions would kill their mothers if it meant protecting her.
The swamp is getting drained...you’re just not paying attention. Where’s Paul Ryan these days? Where are several other congresspeople who quietly resigned over the last 3 years these days? Plenty of draining going on and there’s loads more to do. The corruption is unimaginable in scope.
I highly respect Donald Trump's family connection to Rev. Dr. Norman Vincent Peale who in 1952 authored the well known inspirational book "The Power of Positive Thinking" as well as many others.
Despite the harsh exterior of DJT, I believe that he is a deeply spiritual man who was exposed early in life to the brilliant teachings of Dr. Peale and whom Trump often praised and considered a formative influence in his life.
A quote from "The Power of Positive Thinking" by Norman Vincent Peale that I'm sure Trump must think of everyday: "The trouble with most of us is that we"d rather be ruined by praise than saved by criticism."
I can see Trump liking the message of positive thinking.
But I haven't seen any evidence that Trump is deeply spiritual. I think he's a "here and now" type of person who rarely thinks about spiritual matters, and considers contemplating such things as impractical.
Most of the politicians are pretentious. They wear a mask, speak the well rehearsed politically correct words and conspire behind our back. Trump at least speaks whatever comes to his mind and gets angry when people provoke him. He is different that way from the politicians we are habituated with.
What you focus on becomes your reality with Trump.
How do you think he ran so many businesses being what the media portray him as? He needed to be firm but fair. To treat his international clientele with respect.
I think he should definitely be put on Mt Rushmore.
I like how he loves the military and and wants to make us self sufficient.
Many people bemoan the 'hollowing out' of America and voted for Trump to make America great again by bringing jobs back from China and elsewhere.
Whatever you may want or believe Trump will do, these jobs are NOT coming back to America. If a lie has been told too many times, some people may believe it to be true. But please, whatever may happen or not, these jobs are NOT coming back to America.
All iPhones are made in China not because the labour is cheap there. Labour cost in assembly represents less than 2% of the total cost of an iPhone, it makes little difference if the phones are assembled in China or Ohio. The phones are made in China because the whole industry infrastructure is there, and all components and associated services can be sourced literally within 1 mile from the Foxconn factory. Setting up a new assembly line in Ohio is not difficult, but moving the whole infrastructure is almost impossible to do. China spent 30 years building the infrastructure, if it could be so easily replicated, many countries would have done it already.
Apple spent hundreds of millions of $ to try to get iPhone assembled in India, in order to reduce its dependence on China for product assembly. After 5 years, it has not produced one iPhone for sale.
Of all the reasons to vote for Trump, bringing jobs back to America from China cannot be one of them. So, wake up. It makes more sense to vote for Trump for his good looks than for bringing jobs to America.
One travel becomes difficult to impossible, we will have to bring back manufacturing here.
Of course, by then the demand will be smaller since more people will be unemployed.
Re-relocation will become not a choice but a necessity. Still trying to figure out the shape of the world to come, when essentialli the world will become really big again. Also still trying to immagine how it will come without famines, political strife, surge of criminality and loss of many, many lifes.
In the past, there where kingdoms, and they were constantly at war with each other. If war will effectively decrease in the future, i'm trying to immagine what crucial difference will be triggered this time...
Have a nice day
In the future there will be communities independent of outside power, they will co-operate between each other under the new paradigm. After the shift in consciousness, the power and control mentality will change to one of cooperation and equality (group consciousness, we are all one).
There will still be personal consciousness with unacceptable behavior at a lesser extent.
What will be rough is the period of change, the next 20 years.
Make today a nice day
Bill Gates backs $1bn plan to cover earth in video surveillance satellites
This is from 2 years ago - I wonder if this "poject" is up and running?!
Under the heading of: The Golden Rule/Do unto others...

P.S. Remember back when Patrick mentioned the logo for the US Space Force and how it was surely inspired by Trump’s inspiration from the Star Trek emblem on the crews shirts? The US Space Force flag was unfurled yesterday. Yup 👍
A reader comment sent through the "Questions" page but should have been put here! This NOT my comment...but I like it.
Trump Cards, Re@ltards, Picards & Barracks & O'Bomba-Nations
Don't really need my "Guardian Angels" feeding me a Knew Knowing of Noah's Ark & Noah's All
Donald Trump is an Enzyme (not the end-of-times), Zionist (what's a Zionist anyway),
DJT is a Wake up Call ...
Wake Up, Woke Up, because of the Wake he created, in a "no (or a Noah) Wake Zone".
So I was just thinking about Trump and how lots of things are predicted to end. Trump is the 45th US President and in numerology that is a 9. Now 9’s in numerology are all about reaching conclusions and endings. Just an interesting observation and I’m sure it’s no coincidence.
"Trump Derangement Sin-Drum" works both ways.
It's kinda like Bi-Polar disorder in that way.
Love him or Hate him, he is serving a purpose during this point in the Shift-Storm.
His function (or Dysfunction) is to serve as an Enzyme (aka a Catalyst) to show us that relying on a "Figure Head" is "figuratively" & "literally" STUPID.
Like a stupid, Cupid trying to connect two Lipds (soluble or not in water or alcohol) that aren't really compatible.
Anyways, i don't beat my kids, but if they acted like Trump and or hung around friends that acted like Trump, i'd have to rethink that strategy.
I'd beat them.
But it would be in a game of Chess (not Checkers), because, you know superior IQ & sh#t.
Anyways, for those of you with Netflix, who want to see "how the sausage is made in American Politics", tune into the 2017 documentary, "Get Me Roger Stone" and you will emerge with a "SHIFTED" perspective.
Trump is ....
Roger Stone is ... Roger Stone.
Leave no Stone unturned ...
when it's time to learn ...
@Tim, I think your post reflects how I see things. I see Trump as someone who is forcing people to take a stand on issues. No more flowing along every which way with the current. And I also believe that as many people think Trump is "godlike", as people who think he is "godless".
Yes, we have all been indoctrinated. My opinions differ from some of the comments posted. I don't think Trump loves the military, I think he uses it as a rallying cry for his supporters who do love the military. Same with the flag. He knows what his supporters will follow, and uses that to get people onboard. Just like all other politicans.
I look forward to the day when we realize that we are all human, we all have the same basic needs, no one is superior to another, and working together we are far stronger than working alone. Blessings!
We ALL serve a purpose.
We did read the same post, right?
“Q: People have been indoctrinated?
C: Yes, more now in the USA than ever.”
Why did Trump separate thousands of children from their parents and put them in cages?
