Patrick, I knew a couple of days ago that you were going to appear on the Joy Ride Show because I am a subscriber. I saw them mention it on a Preview Video.
Tonight, the video popped up on my YouTube and I have paused it to get a glass of tea and some organic Blue Tortilla Chips made in T E X A S.
Must eat the appropriate snack while watching. Here we go!
Any salsa with the chips? Were they good?
I'm a weirdo who doesn't really eat salsa. Just the chips and they were good!
Funny story . . . When I lived in Texas, I briefly worked for a startup company that was one of the first to deliver food from various nice restaurants. I had a weird schedule where I worked four hours in the business office typing contracts and menus and stuff, then had my whole afternoon free, and then took delivery orders for four hours at night.
Each restaurant's menus were already in the computers where we placed the orders, though you still had to be accurate. I didn't have a problem with any menus except the Tex-Mex ones . . . because I was from Florida!!!
We had Tex-Mex in Florida too, but there was no comparison to how familiar a Floridian and a Texan would be with the items on a Tex-Mex menu. Wouldn't you know that the Tex-Mex restaurants were the most popular among our customers?! If someone said they wanted a Chile Relleno for instance, I had no picture in my mind of what that was or what would even go with it.
After 17 years in Texas, I still ended up being a boring Beef or Chicken Fajita and Margarita kind of person. I even give away my rice and beans and guacamole.
Texas would be wise to bar me at the state line. ;)
What an interesting time to be alive ... when you can be a pioneer in the field of delivering “TEX-MEX” that was ordered via “TEXT-MESSage”.
Glad we have folks like you and sites like this to ensure that we don’t arrive at our “shifted” destination (in a future now) all in a “HOT MESS”.
Tim, it was the early 1990s . . . no text messaging available then. ;)
@ Lorri: Given the proliferation of Tex-Max around the state, you'd think I like it more but....however chile relleno is one of my favorites. Given the choice, I'll take bar-b-cue over Tex-Mex most days, chicken and links with cole slaw and beans.
No no no no, Patrick. Texas barbecue is all about the BEEF BRISKET.
Man, do I miss the Brisket. We have lots of barbecue in the southeast, but not every barbecue joint here does brisket.
@ Lorri: You're right, brisket is king in T E X A S, but every bar-b-cue joint in The Lone Star State also has chicken, because they know I might order it with brisket. I call it Texas Grass-N-Turf.
Great job Patrick!
Thank you, Linda especially since the show was not scripted, I did not prepare (OK I did, I attempted to comb my hair, got dressed and showed up) and I let the hosts take it where they wanted. They're good at what they're doing.
They are such nice ladies and I love their curiosity about the various subjects they talk about.
Very well done Pat, you look like a pro, been doing interviews for years !!😁😁
This was my first live interview ever, thank you Steve.
I mentally pretended it was commercial litigation or a business presentation (...seen a few of those...) and ignored the cameras & microphones. The hosts are good, I believe their style in person makes it easy for nearly all their guests.
What a Joy Ride!!
Didn't even have to steal a car to hop on this "Magical Mystical Tour" with you.
Looking forward to more to come.
BTW - You do strike the "right balance" between "Tin foil" Y "Olive Oil" when it comes to expressing these concepts.
Both are good for you, when applied in the proper context in promoting improved (expanded) "brainwave" activity.
Thank you, Tim. Tin foil & olive oil? LOL!
And shared to the Amendment Facebook group :)
I think you did a great job, Pat. That would have been hard for anyone to do for the first time. Doesn't matter how you come across although you come across very well anyway, but I think most are too busy listening to your message to care about anything else.
Good to know, and thank you, Scott. It was not difficult in the least. I indeed hope everyone sees the message coming across, not me so much.
Even if part of the process, I am not relevant beyond a role of medium for the information.
False modesty. All mediums are not created equal, so there is something to be proud of for being a clear channel.
@ Lorri - correct on the "not equal" part, there are many very good ones I could not hope to match. Jamie Butler and Kim O'Neill are two examples, Robert Burke also and Darryl Anka yet another. There are many more I do not know about.
Bottom line here is, the more we get to know you the more we like you, either way...and your son...as Robert Redford once said in one of my favorite movies..."fine figure of a man...". ).
Great talk show, great guest, a real pro.
Everybody talks clearly. Enjoyed it very much.
A complete amateur! I spoke too quickly and mumbled at times, I will correct that in the future. This was my first time on camera, so I watched the video three times to see where I can improve.
Agree Lorri, I think Pat's a very "well done," more so than a medium !!! 😂😂
Super interview Patrick! The hour flew right by and was chock full of jaw-dropping information...Kerry and Tiffanie fired some great questions at you which you answered with aplomb!
Speaking for myself, and I'm sure all of your loyal readers, we are very proud of you and wish you much continued success!
Thank you, Renie but book success! I've had a lifetime of achievements separate from writing, website and channeling in general, of which I am proud and grateful. Anybody meeting my wife and children would understand why immediately.
Awww...that's great Patrick! You're a truly humble man! (Your son's a little cutie, and probably a big cutie by now. LOL!)
Just starting watching :-) Fabulous Patrick and good to see you :-)
Not too painful?
@ Patrick... LOL.Very nice looking Patrick ;-) Looking forward to the Q&A part
the last Hero in a high franhise adventure movie I saw that did not kill anybody , was Luke Skywalker!
Pretty much unexpected, and pretty much criticized by a lot of fans (more or less, half of them) , but I found this feat in the last EP8 movie really awesome to see :)
Luke Skywalker is always the target, and there are plenty of shooters and violent deaths in every Star Wars movie.
Truly outstanding performance on The Joy Ride, Patrick! This is a perfect vehicle for your prodigious talents. Great information, well presented.
It occurred to me that you could bring much to one of my favorite shows, Ancient Aliens, which coincidentally is being aired as a marathon right now on the History Channel. Their focus each episode is taking ancient clues and drawing conclusions about alien involvement. You and TC know all those answers.
The Committee knows a lot, but me? Not so much without them.
Is Ancient Aliens still in production? Thank you for the kind comments, Cooper. One (or two) more Joy Ride videos are coming (depending on editing) and there's some ET channeling with "Zebulon" which will likely make the cut.
Yes, Ancient Aliens has a new season starting later this month. Prometheus Entertainment is the company that produces it. Definitely looking forward to more Joy Ride shows.
You know, it makes sense that you could be an important part of that capital-D Disclosure thing that's always pending and just around the corner. This is a good start towards getting that message out widely.
I am scheduled to address "Disclosure" at the Transformational Conference held by Ozark Mountain Publishing in August.
Hi Patrick nice pics of your son I see good looks run in the da haan family maybe you will get some grandkids with channeling skills to go along with grandpa Patrick
Wife and daughter coming soon, thank you. The good looks are with & from my wife, as you'll see soon.
Yeah I remember seeing a pic of you and her in a post awhile back and yes she is a natural beauty but your no slouch either in the looks department Patrick and no I'm not gay or I've been in the dam closet so dam long I can't find the exit lmao
Pretty hard to beat a fully dressed afternoon nap !! And that bed looks comfy !!!!😀😀
He was always a good napper, and still is!
Me to Pat to be honest, it's probably the one thing that makes me a bit bummed about going back spirit realm no lovely naps to enjoy !!😥😥
So nice to see your son’s picture with the marines. I feel proud of him and of our country. It really struck an emotional chord in me for some reason. Thanks for sharing those personal pictures, it’s not something you often do.
You might have read how the "Islamic State" terrorists have been neutralized in Iraq, and specifically Mosul. These six young men are part of why that happened. Fortunately my son came back with only a serious but treatable injury, and has recovered 100% (as you can see in the photo). Some of our young men do not come home.
He goes to Africa next month. He is one of the "½ percenters" of American males who could even qualify for, much less become, a Marine Corps Captain. You can imagine how proud I am, that my son is among the best of the best.
Yes the there’s lots going on and I’m so grateful for the Marines
I had goose bumps on my legs after reading that. My prayers include him and his team.
:-)) Who-rah. Semper Fidelis.
