One thing I'm not clear on is veganism. I recall Erik saying that a plant-based diet would be best for working towards enlightenment in this lifetime. Yet I'm also aware that animals killed for meat will have accepted this role in advance. Could we please clear up which eating pattern is best for health and for spiritual development?
You are looking for dogma, the exact opposite of the paradigm shift in process. If you like a steak and feel great after the meal, this is your diet, or if you prefer a grilled trout so be it or just enjoy raw vegetables that is ok also.
We are all enlightened but a majority of human beings are asleep, I say this but remember TC telling us that we under estimate how many who are awake.
I have to say, Denis, that I've never actually met anyone who is awake to what we take as read on these pages. My own family is typical. When I began to discuss our friend from Canopus with Mrs C, she gave me one of those looks that suggested I was on day release from the psych ward! I can't count the number of times I've said to myself "Why me, o Lord?"
I can only conclude that I (and all of us here) am some kind of woo woo pioneer. There to be laughed at till what I say becomes mainstream lol.
There is no way we are going mainstream any time soon!
Alex, I am in the same situation and I would say probably every reader of The Amendment is in this situation.
@ Denis: Excellent answer, and The Committee concurs.
They say to Alex: "Your intent and awareness are what make your food beneficial for you, in single, multiple and all ways."
Many would-be readers have clicked on then off, for similar reasons. It's good - very good - to know, there are resistance and rejection to what's offered here.
It was not so long ago that my eyes would have glazed over at talk of Atlantis or Lemuria or mermaids.
Sure, I believed in mediums, psychics, ghosts, etc . . . but not that TRULY crazy stuff! Ha ha ha.
Being the age that I am I guess my experience is quite different, but I have told many people about these topics of who are my age and they seem to be really interested and some don't even reject the info. I guess the younger generations coming in are more open.
Hi Lorri ( & All), thank you, your post made me smile . I felt piqued to share . I’ve changed from ‘ Atlantis - so what? Orion wars - not in my backyard to deeper awareness of relevance - whether metaphors to stretch earth dwellers knowingness to consider other galactic beings & our connections it’s been a journey of going forward as well as going within. Never ever thought i’d Be like I am & if that is awakening, then it is full of feelings & healings.
I feel more connected , the internet gives me info from many Channelers of Lemuria, Atlantis, Sirius, Pleaidian, 1-13th dimension & aspects of dimensions, UFOLOGY conferences & works, oversoul, Higher self, ego, sacred geometry, dream time & astral travelling, remote viewing, twin flames, soulmates, soul growth & contracts, light & shadow, Masters & more, orbs, Past lives, no existence of time.... i’ve grown & find it all resonating. In the same sense, i’ve got a lot untangled in my connections with mass media, ‘politics’, law & society. It feels good, I breath better. I can feel loads of family & friends who don’t have the terminology I listed are also lighter, less tangled, & connected, just as I, to daily life of work, rest & play. It feel really good inside feeling that as well. If peeps wish to call it The Great Shift’ happening, cool; I call it growth & connection & I simply sense it’s been happening from Source & natural evolution.
I’m beyond gratitude, joy & pleasure that Patrick & TC welcome all to express in this site. Part of my wholeness . As Lulu sang ‘How do you thank some One (ness - got to get that in 😝🤩) who has taken you from crayons to perfume... it isn’t easy but I’ll try...’ ..... with ‘Namaste ‘ xx💖💗💚
I hope I make sense as I think sometimes I write clumsily (humble thanks for perseverances ) but confidently clumsily ;) xx love blessings to all.
Ghosts, psychics, mediums, and ETs were oh so easy for me. Patrick and TC expanded GREATLY on the ET information and it all seemed to reasonable.
Atlantis, Lemuria and such were more of a stretch. When Patrick and TC said there are mermaids in the ocean (though we'll never see them), and I BELIEVED, that's when I knew I had gone around the bend. ;)
I am no longer fit for polite society. Ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Damn Typos: "so" reasonable
I need an "Edit" button.
1). Zen mentioned “the earth was shrinking” in the context of explaining another idea, but isn’t the earth expanding due to centrifugal force? Perhaps habitable space is what he meant?
2). In Zeb’s ET society are there or were there in the past, courts of law like we have to handle to problems that arise? For isnstance if there is a small faction of individuals who conspire to hurt others for control others, is the group allowed to continue?
3) Will the notion of justice need to be abandoned if we teach our children the non-violent way of the ETs
1. Shrinking of distances by way of increased travel speed. If anything Earth's physical size has always expanded and continues, says The Committee, albeit very slowly.
2. Yes there are courts, but rarely used. No, this effect has long since been eradicated. No groups conspire to harm anyone or anything.
3. Current notions of justice, which mean, in practice: revenge and punishment. Yes, these ideas will be abandoned, along with and as the acts which give rise to reactions of punishment and revenge also decrease.
Zen/Zeb, a rose by any name would smell as sweet (please excuse the typos)
So Latin America with 8% of the world population, but 1/3 of the murders should be ignored? It’s hard for us to turn away from our fellow souls.
Who suggested Latin America "should" be ignored? That said, I believe it receives its proportional share of attention based on economic interaction with the rest of the world. The violence is concentrated in a few countries and there's almost nothing outside influences can do. Neither Mexico nor Venezuela are receptive, as examples.
This is the second time I've been intrigued by the idea of food animals being slaughtered via reduced oxygen.
And is TC saying that it wasn't possible until modern times?
The technique of hypoxia - lack of oxygen supply to the brain - was discussed in a BBC documentary about humane ways to take life - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DiEJKvbpOF0
It was possible and common in Lemuria and Atlantis, and for fish also. It was not possible in current human civilizations until removal of oxygen became possible.
In an answer above Patrick, you said, “it’s good -very good yo know, there are resistance and rejection to what’s offered here”.
Thanks, to you and TC for all you do and share. Zeb too. If that statement above is true, then unlike almost all of your other posts, you’d be very pleased with my reaction to this one:)
Resistance & rejection mean somebody is at least thinking about things, if only briefly.
My entire life I've run across people whose minds seem to involve only their 5 senses and only things inside 10-15 meters. News of anything OUTSIDE that distance (for example, war in another country) registers only long enough to be brushed aside then forgotten, and their mental functions retreat back into their mental hemispherical bubble of 10-15 meters radius.
Physical urges (such as eat, eliminate, ejaculate, repeat), the immediate or as-quick-as-possible satisfaction of desire and emotions assuaged, are what drive bubble behavior and existence nearly every waking moment.
There's more to life, and rejection of new information means the bubble expands, to soon or eventually be burst.
Interesting view point, Patrick.
I see your core readership as burst bubbles where we learn in-depth information to later pass it on when other bubbles have burst.
That could be my conditioning, it won’t stop me from reading though.
The resistance and rejection crowd come to check and are not able to dish out their conditioning. Their bubble bursts happen later on with a different approach or not at all (life plan).
@ Denis: I don't believe regular readers were ever inside a bubble; nothing required bursting. To the contrary, both readers & I were led to this place because we've never been bubble-ized.
It’s hard for me to understand the notion of justice abandoned, right as the draining swamp reveals the bad actors and bad acts.
I was hoping our system, with the right leadership, could clean up corruption and re-vamp the inefficiencies in government (I refer to Trumps cabinet meeting video posted yesterday) and we could evolve from there.
Just as things come to light and can transform, it’s hard to understand how some of the basic tenets of our society (justice and the rule of law) will eventually end.
The majority of us would never be involved in intentional harm or kill as we’ve discussed here before I was hoping our system of government (as begun by the founders) could be updated and cleaned up and continue forward, evolving into something wonderful and corruption free along with a free press.
Maybe as we realize who and what we truly are the awakening begins the evolution you speak about where we don’t need laws or justice anymore. Until then I think we should strive to keep the service-to-self types away from the rest (especially our children) and use our justice system to protect and remove those who seek to harm and destroy.
It is just hard for me to envision the evolution spoken about in this post without thinking we’d be throwing the baby out with the dirty bath water. Anything that can be created can be used for good or bad. Our system has corroded but it’s getting better all around.
Thanks for helping to expand my thinking.
The system isn't what's going to change much, what will reduce is the need to use it.
Here is what I would like to try. Lets take someone who has committed a mass shooting for example and instead of putting him on trial with all that entails (media, victims stories, etc) taking him to a big square where hundreds or even thousands gather and have compassion, send him love and belonging. Would that not only change him but change the hearts of those that are calling for his head. I'm sure he would still be segregated from society but would not the power of intent change many things for not only him but for the many others participating. I think it would be a very powerful transformation for all.
My point here is in trying to understand the GAGS suggeston of relearning our behavior. I am in no way trying to minimize the loss, and anguish of the families who lost their loved ones but offering a possible way to change how we deal with these tragedies. I also realize this is a stretch and I live in a simplistic world in my head. lol
This is happening right now, unconsciously not consciously.
Interesting comments from the TC about anger and control being the cause of homicides. These factors have been quite obvious in domestic violence cases, IMO. And personally I think that they have been used by politicians to get people "upset" about issues politicians want to solve. Which sometimes means heading towards war.
We are emotional beings. I understand the concept of giving attention to what we want to see in the world. And I understand the importance of forgiveness, and why it is emphasized in religion. OTOH, it seems that many times religion is used for control. How does a human navigate the line between emotion (which is much of the reason we are here) and remaining in control of our lives? It seems easy to get swept up in an emotional tide and be carried towards solutions that we really don't want, but learn to justify to keep things inline with our values. (Another human trait that is subtle yet powerful.)
Enlightenment is appreciated.
Q: How does a human navigate the line between emotion (which is much of the reason we are here) and remaining in control of our lives?
A: (paraphrased from The Committee) Teach & learn different responses. Virtually nobody who can speak their native language remembers learning it, and virtually EVERYBODY who has watched a toddler learn to speak understands all humans pass through a lengthy process to learn speech communication. Humans learn MANY things and do not recall the process. Violent response to emotion is one of these things.
I just saw a "Top Ten" video that said that London, Ontario is the serial killer capital of the world. What gives?
Let's see a comparison of stats from around the world and what "areas" are used for the analysis. There are good and bad human behavior everywhere.
It is not currently a serial killer capital, but it was for a 30-year period between 1960 and 1985. During that span of time, there were 32 sexual homicides.
Some of the killers were never caught. According to a book on the subject, it's the details of the murders that mark them as probable serial murders.
The author thinks it had something to do with the highway system and the abundance of secluded forest.
@lorri that's news to me as I live in a nearby town and I'd consider Toronto to be much worse but I'll check it out for myself
A quick search on the net listed the following:
The most violent cities in the world: Latin America dominates list with 41 countries in top 50
These Are The 10 Most Dangerous Cities In America For 2018
The Most Dangerous Cities In Canada Right Now, Ranked By The Crime
I have noticed over about the last decade that things like "top ten" of this or that rarely have any credability to them, it USED TO be that things like that were based on some sort of credible source or actual facts , nowadays its more likely that if you do some digging its a top ten vesrsion of something based on A Kardashians opinion ! ! 😀
Hi Patrick & Committee,
I was just thinking /wondering how the shift might effect things socially? Obviously things will change politically and ecomically, but will it push science back a step and have religion step up to the forefront again? Seems like it would be easy to slide back to such times if the world becomes smaller or more local as mentioned previously.
The shift will affect things socially which will change the political, economical, religious and scientific thinking.
@Gerry, IMO I think the shift is opening up what people believe so that scientists are more willing to accept religion, and vice versa. The divide was always artificial and has been going on for hundreds of years. Once people are willing to allow other ideas to be considered, it opens up infinite possibilities that didn't exist for them before.
Hi everyone I'm not sure how many of us follow elisa medhus but she posted on her website raylene nuanes is currently on a respirator and is unable to communicate I was just wondering if anyone here who prays would send good vibes to her and her son thanks guys and girls
Oh no! I will pray with my quartz crystal geodes in each hand that she come back even healthier than before. Raylene would approve. She loves crystals.
@lorri yeah I got the impression from the first time I saw her on YouTube she seems more down to earth or whatever I was hoping to get to have a reading done by her and I would consider asking Patrick because he seems to have no filter he just tells it like it is if you don't like it too bad lol anyway I also hope raylene comes back to us and her son
I got into bed last night very sleepy. Could hardly keep my eyes open. But I held half a geode in each hand and prayed for Raylene, sending healing energy to her.
I was struggling to stay awake, but was startled more awake from the sensation of the geodes becoming very COLD in my hands.
It happened twice, and is something I've never felt before. Seems the opposite of what you'd expect, because I'd expect them to get warmer in my hands.
@ scott2: "Filter" is but a euphemism for not being frank, honest or forthright. I never "filter" The Committee and if I feel a need to "filter" what I prefer to say, I simply do not say it.
@ Lorri: - The Committee explains why the geodes became cold in your hands. You are correct, they will warm from room to body temperature until you do what did. You sent energy and held the geodes in order to do so. Your thoughts used them as poles or transmitters, because that was your intent and belief, and the energy was drawn from you and sent to Raylene. This sent the energy through the geodes, lowering their temperature. Unlike a human body, which makes heat, the geodes do not. See the power of the mind, of thought energy?
Yes, you can look at an object and raise its temperature, if you believe you can. Doubts leave circuits disconnected; belief is the switch. To have the former is to close the latter.
Wow! I felt there had to be a reason why the geodes went so COLD, but in spite of numerous sites about healing with crystals, I couldn't find any information online about crystals turning cold.
What most confused me was why this had never happened before, but your explanation gives me the clue. I had only used the geodes for myself until that night. This was the first time I attempted to use them for someone else's benefit.
Raylene has done teaching videos on crystals on CE, so I hope she would be proud. Thanks, Patrick and TC for this explanation.
@lorri I was just wondering lorri you said about London Ontario earlier did you happen to live there at one point or maybe you just had friends or family here it makes no difference to me but don't you currently reside in the states
Yes, I'm in the states. I saw the London, Ontario thing on YouTube.
@lorri yeah I checked and last yr London Ontario had 7 murders and Toronto had 74 but I wouldn't be surprised if murder is more common in high poverty areas of cities on average than your small towns
@Patrick yeah that's why I would consider asking you to do a reading for me or whatever the current terminology is these days
