Never have I ever read anything so profoundly complex and complete. The Committee authored an article that combines, in my view, every aspect of life that we humans struggle with. My mind will feed off of this for a long time. It will help me to accept many things but still have compassion intact. And I will not become numb to evilness but gain a sliver of understanding into this earthly experience. Wow! Thank You.
I could not have said it better Eva M...simply amazing...I am still tingling!
Wow , that was GREAT . The Committee and Patrick are on fire lately . Much gratitude
Thanks go to The Committee, no combustion happening on my half of the pitch! All calm on the Texas front....
Hi Patrick so if I understand the moral of the story is to not have judgment
Not at all; we should have judgment about many things. Society would be a chaotic free-for-all if we did not.
Once home a different picture can emerge.
The Committee is on fine form at the moment. Yep, agree :-)
It seems that Theresa May will have a hard time to get elected, due to the shift imposed in public opinion by the last two bloody terrorist attacks... let's wait and see.
I recall the Committe saying that she will get confirmed, but I don't really know if this suggetion was a bundle with the French forecast.
oops, sorry. Wrong browser tab: the previous comment was supposed to go in the "pistols at dusk" section.
"...I don't really know if this suggetion was a bundle with the French forecast." I'd say prediction, not forecast and no. The current UK elections were not included with France. Do you want the prediction to be wrong? I hope nobody made bets.
Making bets would mean not having learnt the lesson. :D
I was just wondering if there is a particular turmoil in the "decision making" made by the collective of us, which renders the projections (aka predictions) unstable
So, it seems that Theresa May won, but her win was not the win she intended... instead having her position strenghtened, it seems that they are now weakened. Let's se what comes next :D
Patrick, words fail me. This post was profound, and perhaps the best I have read from your extraordinary Committee. My thanks to you and them for this fantastic essay.
I guess they get their vocabulary from your brilliant mind. As has been said in a different context, you have all the best words...
My mind is but their filter & interface...the words? Those come from many other humans, assembly taking shape in the Heaven which surrounds us. I'm just the typist stenographer, sometimes reporter.
The Committee speaks like Yoda, it does; never giving me a non headache.Prefer do I the speaking style of one Don't call me Mama Cass and even a Groucho or Houdini do as never a non headache was not given not nor in which the speaking style follow hard to was it either ever.
By the way, Interviews of deceased famous the return of these do I wish, as enjoyment much I assign to them! Continue shall they, one sweet day? Or is it for naught that I post this to sway?
Good poetry, Robert.
Yes, I'll do a few if requested, if time allows. After doing a book's worth, I feel little incentive; I got that phase out of my system. Many readers want an interview with the deceased to be the same person who passed on, who doesn't exist anymore as that persona. S/he might not come forward (that happens!) or won't present themselves as the life once lived. This causes disappointment in readers who believe, hope or prefer the interview will become a revisit or inquiry into that life as if it were continuing. When things go in a different direction, I don't post or sometimes even complete that interview.
So, back from that tangent, at whom would you like that I take a swing?
Ponder, did I (without asking, "Why?)
and two names came to me in a blink!
#1, Ghengis Khan, Mr. Patrick deHaan,
though I don't even know what to think!
#2 is a 3 (as in President, he)
although some say he is #1!
It's not Adams or Taft
(TJ here prob'ly laughed!)
He is one,Mr. T. Jeffer - son! :D
I feel like I just came out of a confessional booth and feel light (energy and weight). Last time I got this feeling I was 12 years old. Thank you TC
It's nice to read that somebody came away from the confessional in a good way. I didn't.
I would have to eat a serious amount of red desert dust, but god ide love to drive that car from Perth to Sydney
That's a nice long haul, wear a hat, good sunglasses & hospital mask and maybe bring bug cleaner for the front end after getting to Sydney.
Steve, when I read "red desert dust", I wondered if you were talking about Red Velvet Cake. ;)
It's a big favorite in the U.S., though not my favorite.
And then realized you meant desert dirt.
It'd be so cool if you channeled George Harrison . Everyone in the whole world knows of him and I bet his experience after physical death would be fascinating considering he dedicated much of his life to spiritual study and was so passionate about it . I've always wanted to her from Jackie Kennedy , she's rarely if ever been channeled but I don't know if others or you Patrick would be interested in her ?
I interviewed Jackie Kennedy, let me check if she was included in "Dead Celebrities Aren't".
Geo. Harrison would be a good person indeed, I hope he brings his ukulele. 🎼
Yeah Patrick , I can't wait I'm such a huge fan
Yes, Jackie Kennedy (nee Bouvier, later Onassis) is in the book "Dead Celebrities Aren't".
