Reminds me of a saying that I like to say ...
How do you create a Universe?
Well I can tell you that it starts with "You & I" (UNI).
In doing so, we are UNIted in experience, yet remain UNIque in our own beautiful quirky ways.
Thanks to TC for the lovely reminder of how UNI are connected in many ways.
And thank you, Tim, beautifully said...
Excellent, indeed a "relishable" post ! ! 😁
I'm gonna have to read this a couple of times, but I say thank you to The Committee and Patrick!
To add on to the obvious, this is a really interesting space and I'm in awe
WOW, a glimpse of who we are really, thank you TC,
This is still the best place for understanding "All That Is" and thanks again Patrick for sharing the Barbecue Source.
Tomato sauce, too. "Salsa de tomate".
I can't wrap my head around only being able to choose ONE universe!
If there is no time, then why?
I would say the answer is most folk prefer to focus on 1 universe (& life) at a time for the purity of the experience.
Consider a multiplex cinenma that is playing a variety of movies at the same time and in each theatre is a different movie with you playing a different role in each.
Would you prefer to take in (& focus) on one movie at a time or prefer to "theatre surf" and jump from theatre to theatre every two minutes or so.
If one chose the latter, after a while, one might find themselves living on the streets & pushing a shopping cart with their belongings, while having conversations with all the "thems of them" at the same time.
More and more as the shift unfolds, folks like Patrick seem to be able to differentiate and manage the different streams of incoming information, but most historically could not. I've been only able to master a TV remote for surfing so far and nothing much else.
The streams of information are handled by The Committee, I'm simply the stenographer typist.
I understand the sternographer role, but the ability to do so without becoming confused and engaging “lunacy” is what I was commenting on.
Plenty of individuals who could not make or maintain the identification & differentiation of different streams of information, were historically placed in asylums and now that we’ve closed many of those, many are left to fend for themselves, often on the streets.
Either on the streets or at a keyboard, like me.
